What’s on
your mind?
Why did my iPhone miss a copied item?
iOS restricts background clipboard access. Open Snipora to save it, use a supported share flow, or add it manually. The app does not monitor every app in the background.
How do I find a saved snippet?
Use Search in the mobile app, or type in Mac Quick Paste. A useful label and a dedicated vault make frequently used snippets easier to find.
Why does the keyboard have no clips?
Open the main app and save a text snippet. Confirm the Snipora keyboard is enabled, then switch away and back. A secure field may require the standard keyboard.
How do I move clips from my phone to Mac?
Export a backup on one device and import it on the other. Automatic Mac-to-phone sync is not currently available. Keep the exported file private.
How do I restore Mac Pro?
Open Mac Settings → Snipora Pro → Restore Purchases using the Apple account that purchased it. See Mac help for troubleshooting.
Can I delete my data?
Delete clips or erase local content using the app’s data-management controls. Remove cloud copies and exports separately. There is no required Snipora account. See Privacy & data choices for details.
