Using Snipora
These terms govern your use of Snipora and this website, provided by Lasya AI Tech. Use the app and website in accordance with these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using them. Apple or Google store terms also apply to apps obtained through their stores.
Snipora helps you save, organize, find, and reuse content. It is a personal productivity tool. Platform restrictions, supported file types, device storage, permissions, and purchase status may affect available features.
Your content & responsibilities
You retain your rights to the content you save. You are responsible for having permission to store, copy, import, export, or share it. Do not use Snipora to violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property rights, or applicable law.
You are responsible for protecting your device and the content you make available to keyboards, destination apps, backups, and export files. Keep independent backups of important information. Local encryption is not a promise of recovery if a key, device, or file is lost.
Free features & Mac Pro
Current iOS and Android features are free and include mobile advertising. Their unlimited clip storage has no in-app clip cap, but depends on available device storage. Mac’s free plan allows 4 stored clips, 2 pins, and 2 vaults. Mac Pro is a one-time purchase for lifetime access to all Mac Pro features, including removing those limits and enabling clip editing. It is not a recurring subscription. Mac does not include ads.
The website displays a Mac Pro reference price of $2.99 in USD. Apple’s checkout shows the actual product, local price, taxes, and purchase terms. Those checkout terms govern the transaction. Purchase only after reviewing them. We may change future offers or feature availability; existing purchase entitlements are subject to the purchased offer and applicable consumer law.
Use Restore Purchases in the Mac app with the Apple account used for the purchase. Refund requests are handled through the store’s process, subject to applicable law. See Apple’s refund help.
Permissions & third-party services
You choose whether to enable biometric protection, mobile keyboards, optional cloud services, or Mac direct paste. Features that require a permission may be unavailable if you decline or revoke it.
Apple, Google, destination apps, advertising services, and website hosting providers operate independently. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. See our privacy policy for the services used by Snipora.
Acceptable use & intellectual property
Do not disrupt the website or app, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware through them, or misrepresent your association with Snipora. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Snipora brand, website, app interface, and original assets belong to their respective rights holders. Your use of the app does not transfer ownership of those materials. Third-party components remain subject to their applicable licenses. These terms do not claim ownership of your saved content.
Availability & limitations
We aim to make Snipora useful and reliable. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability, that all file formats or destination apps will work, or that every sensitive clipboard item will be detected. iOS does not permit continuous background clipboard monitoring. Automatic Mac-to-phone sync is not currently available.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and website are provided as available without additional guarantees. We are not responsible for loss resulting from device failure, loss of encryption keys, your sharing choices, or independent third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes, ending use & contact
You can stop using Snipora at any time. Uninstalling the app does not delete copies you exported or stored in a cloud service. Handle those separately using the relevant account or provider controls.
We may update the app, website, or these terms. The update date identifies the current text. Applicable store terms and mandatory consumer law continue to apply.
